DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery charges.

Delivery charges are set at £4.95 per delivery address per order within the United Kingdom.

FREE DELIVERY

We currently offer free standard delivery on all orders over £25.00 for a limited period This free delivery applies to deliveries within the United Kingdom. Overseas purchasers are advised to contact us via email to request details of postage and packing costs.

Delivery Timescales

We will always attempt to despatch your full order at the earliest opportunity.

Orders will normally be despatched with 24 hours of stock being available and delivered within 7 days. Should a delay, due to stock unavailability or other issues, be necessary we will contact you via email to keep you advised.

You may be required to sign for deliveries upon recepit.

Returns procedure

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within 8 days in original, undamaged packaging. Please contact us via email for full instructions BEFORE returning any goods to us. Postage and Packing charges are not normally refundable.

We will refund the price of the item/s to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
